Butter Cookies Recipe
- Flour 1,5 kg
- 500 g butter
- Sugar 500 g
- Yolks n 8
- Eggs n 1
- Yeast Pane Angeli 16 g
- Salt 20 g
- Water 250 cl
Mount butter, sugar, salt and honey.
Mix egg yolks, eggs and water and add gradually to the butter mixture until exhaustion.
Stir in all other ingredients and let stand 24 hours.
Roll out the dough to the desired thickness shape, brush with egg and bake at 170 Celsius degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
TIP: After the egg, sprinkle with caster sugar, or chopped hazelnuts or even incorporate some drop of dark chocolate.
If you want a cookie crunchy and crumbly not reduce or eliminate the yeast.
