Egg yolks 85g
Eggs 220g
Sugar 220g
135g egg whites
Sugar 25g
135g flour

Mount yolks, eggs and the 220g sugar.
At the same time also make a whipped egg whites with sugar and sugar left.
Combine the flour into the whipped eggs and add egg whites.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 240 Celsius degrees for a few minutes.
When cold fill with Nutella, roll the cookie about himself and let rest in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Cutting discs and serve.

TIP: do not overcook the cookie or you will have problems to roll up. Also when it comes out of the oven and cools slowly peel it off from the parchment paper by rolling it up and let it rest so.
