Paradise Cake

  • 250g butter
  • Icing sugar 310g
  • Yolks 110g
  • Eggs 120g
  • 160g flour
  • Starch 160g
  • Yeast Pane Angeli 4g
  • Vanilla
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 pinch salt

Cream the butter with the sugar and a pinch of salt, when frothy add the egg yolks and eggs a few at a time and finally incorporate all the sieved powder, vanilla and zest of a lemon.
Place the mixture into a floured mold and bake
at 175 ○ C for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

TIP: Each master knows his oven if you consider it appropriate to change the temperature or cooking time, do it!
