Sponge Cake Recipe

  • Eggs n 3
  • Sugar 90g
  • 90g flour

Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until a soft mass and foamy, then gradually incorporate the flour with a pinch of vanilla turning gently from bottom to top.

Pour the mass into a baking dish with a diameter of 24 cm greased and floured and bake at 160 degrees C for 50 minutes.

WARNING: Never open the oven before 30 minutes otherwise the sponge cake “falls” and you will not have the optimum result.
