Zagara's artisan pastry is a mix of experimentation with the exclusive use of genuine ingredients from the Amalfi Coast.
This is how the renowned Torta Zagara was born: a special recipe with chocolate and sweet tangerines syrup; or the "Positanese Cioco", the perfect mix of sponge cake and chocolate that on request can be prepared with delicious white chocolate.
It's also possible to taste our "Brutto ma Buono", a delicacy composed by a mixture of almonds, black cherry, meringue and chocolate, or the homemade jams, the fresh fruit tarts, the homemade ice creams, the regenerating granitas and all the desserts of the Campania school.
